We'll make sure that you understand exactly what's wrong before we fix anything. We believe it's important to know what you're paying for, and IT service should be no exception to that. In addition, Affordability is a very important aspect to us. Our services are based on helping the Tri-Lakes area expand and Affordability is a key factor. At Data Bytes our services are priced to fit your budget. Reliability is also something we see a need for and that's just what you'll get with us. We don't believe in installing or selling cheap, poorly made equipment and so we've teamed up with some excellent IT Distributors that help us get you the best value for your dollar possible.
Data Bytes was established ten years ago in Hollister, MO by Steve Judd. Steve has done a terrific job of building this business. We hear praise for Steve all the time! Steve has gone onto a bigger career, I’m proud to say he is now a Jet Pilot for O’Reilly’s and does what he loves. He also flies Drones and can video your business for your website.
I Fix Computers was established ten years ago in Branson, Mo by Radel Pederson. In 2015 Databytes acquired this company. Sadly Mr. Pederson passed a couple years ago.
"I Fix Computers" is big on POS Systems as well as computer repair.
Both of these gentlemen have great reputations and it’s an honor for me to attempt to fill their shoes. Radel was loved by many and we have lost a great man!
My name is Larry Fairchild and I worked several years as a Radio Shack manager of 3 different stores in Memphis. I also was in management training with McDuff Electronics (Tandy Owned) and they went out of business when Best Buy came to Memphis. My wife, daughter and I moved to Branson 10 years ago and I met Steve Judd and we made a deal while I was working at Best Buy in Branson.
My goal in this business is to give the best customer service possible. I am the owner and I don’t have to get permission from the higher ups. Thanks Radio Shack and Best Buy for the lessons you’ve taught me.
