The Data Bytes Promise
In an effort to provide security and stability to businesses and individuals, all new condition hardware provided by Data Bytes LLC includes a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects through the manufacturer of the equipment.
In the case of refurbished equipment, a 90-day warranty will be provided against defects or malfunctioning of the given equipment through the refurbishing party of the equipment. If the refurbishing party does not offer a warranty, then Data Bytes, LLC will warranty the equipment for the period of 90 days from installation date. This warranty will include replacement equipment being of at least the same quality and functionality or better of the failing equipment, but does not include money back. Acts of God, misuse, neglect, software issues (worms, viruses, spyware, etc.) are not covered.
In addition, all installations will be warrantied directly by Data Bytes, LLC for a period of 365 days after final installation date. This includes complementary service calls/repairs due to installation related problems for the period mentioned above. If however, the equipment is found to have failed due to accidental damage, customer misuse, vandalism or natural disaster, all service work and cost of replacement will be billed to the customer.
